Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Items must be returned to: 263 Rue Lecourbe, 75015 Paris, France

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Supplements and probiotics
• Dental care products (toothpaste, gels)
• Flea and tick prevention collars
• Shampoo and grooming liquids

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pixiemeow.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color variants within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
