At PixieMeow, we prioritize your convenience and transaction safety. We accept the following trusted payment methods for all purchases:

PayPal: Secure express checkout with your verified PayPal account.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, bank transfers, money orders, or cryptocurrencies.

All product prices, shipping fees, and transactions are displayed and charged in Euros (€ / EUR).
All prices listed on PixieMeow are inclusive of French Value-Added Tax (TVA 20%). No hidden taxes or administrative fees are added at checkout.
The total price shown in your cart and order confirmation is the exact and final amount debited from your account.

Zero Card Storage: PixieMeow never stores, transmits, or handles raw credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our storefront servers. All card details are tokenized directly through the payment processor.
3D Secure Verification: Transactions may be subject to 3D Secure 2.0 authentication (via your bank's mobile application or SMS verification code) in accordance with European PSD2 regulations.

Your chosen payment method is charged immediately upon order confirmation and authorization.
In the event of a declined transaction, please verify your card details, billing address, or contact your issuing bank. Unprocessed orders are automatically cancelled without any charge.

Approved refunds are returned strictly to the original payment method used during checkout within 5 to 7 business days following inspection of returned goods.
PixieMeow charges €0.00 restocking fees on eligible returns.
